Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of the Y-Ink display (€499 incl. VAT) and the Y-Ink app subscription (€20 incl. VAT per month, subscribed with the display) on this site.

The order is confirmed on payment, processed by Monext. With the Y-Ink app, the customer authorises a monthly charge at checkout, which can be cancelled at any time. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery in Europe within 10 working days of dispatch. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation.

14 days from receipt, for an uninstalled display in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

The Y-Ink app subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the app or on request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

Legal conformity warranty and a 2-year commercial warranty on the display.
